Where?," featuring a book launch and signing for Michael Connick's newest novel "Afghan Mirrors" and a whodunit mystery game based on the Museum's collection, galleries and history. Doors @ 8 Show @ 9 18+ $10 donation at the door. This fundraiser will go directly to the Ronald McDonald House, to support families of children with catastrophic illnesses. These families travel many miles to have their child in Hoop’s Family Children’s Hospital. The Ronald McDonald House gives families a warm bed to sleep in and food, while their child is in the hospital. This is the second Ronald McDonald House benefit at the V Club. Home School Day offers you and your children the opportunity to visit West Virginia’s first Smithsonian affiliated museum and experience its hands-on, educational activities. We recommend that you allow a minimum of three hours to tour the museums, visit with the blacksmith and other artisans, do chores in the Children’s Activity Museum, explore the petting zoo, ride the wagon, create in the MakerSpace and have fun in the Discovery Zone play area.
